We have received a number of enquiries from members expecting their parcels to arrive on the first day of the month when orders are placed by the 15th of the previous month.
To help clarify the process, please note the following:
Queensland Ostomy Association receives bulk deliveries of supplies during the first week of each month (depending on supplier availability). Once received, every order must be checked, picked, and packed before dispatch.
As a general guide:
Parcels are usually despatched within the first two weeks of the month.
Please then allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery via Australia Post.
