QOA wish to inform all members that a physical copy of this notice has been included in members’ boxes in January. Please take note of the following important changes.
From 1st July 2025, Queensland Ostomy Association will no longer send out orders unless members’ postage accounts are in credit. Currently, as a courtesy to members, we allow accounts to be in arrears by up to $30. However, this will change as we transition to requiring accounts to remain in credit at all times.
To help members adjust to this change, we will implement the following steps:
- From 1st March 2025: Accounts may only be in arrears by up to $20.
- From 1st May 2025: Accounts may only be in arrears by up to $10.
- From 1st July 2025: Accounts must remain in credit at all times.
We encourage all members to ensure their postage accounts are up to date to avoid any disruptions to their orders.
