We are pleased to share that Queensland Ostomy Association is now back online and operating as normal.
Thank you for your patience during the outage. We know it was frustrating not being able to reach us, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding while we worked through the disruptions.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our own team, who pushed through slow systems and limited connections to keep orders moving and supplies going out to our valued members. Their effort kept things running when it mattered most.
We would also like to acknowledge and sincerely thank the Chermside team, who fielded many calls from members on our behalf while we were unable to communicate. Their support helped keep our community informed during a very difficult patch.
Everything is now restored, and we are catching up on any remaining enquiries.
We will be back in the office as normal on Thursday 13th Nov.
