Become a Member
As an Ostomate who is a financial member of the association, you are covered by the Australian Government Department of Health & Aged Care stoma appliance scheme.
Under this scheme appliances are issued on a monthly basis, up to a maximum entitlement approved by the health department.
Eligibility
- Financial member of one of the twenty-two associations nationwide
- Hold a current Medicare Card or a Department of Veteran Affairs Card
Cost of Access fee
- Existing Members: $70 for the full financial year
- Concession Holders: $60 for the full financial year
- Postage: $15.00 per month, Postage: $21 for two months
- *Please note these fees are increasing from 1 July 2024
